Job summary

Standard Chartered Malaysia is seeking a high-calibre leader to head the Programme Management Office, coordinating project governance and providing strong support to the Project/Programme Manager on PM deliverables.

You will collaborate with regional and local teams on financial management, planning, and management reporting, while driving CDS-aligned delivery across a portfolio of projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
• Proven experience in project/ programme delivery in banking or financial services.
• Strong governance, risk, and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate management of the project/programme and support PM on PM deliverables.
• Work with regional/local teams on financial management, planning, governance and reporting.
• Manage end-to-end project delivery within budget, time, and quality per CDS.
• Governance and compliance to ensure SDLC and regulatory requirements are met.
• Maintain project tools and dashboards (Clarity, ADO) up to date.
