Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience managing projects with a track record of delivering on time and within budget.
• Strong estimating, scheduling and budgeting skills.
• Ability to work independently.

• Clear presentation, oral and written communication, workshop facilitation.

Responsibilities

• Act as the single point of contact for internal and external parties to ensure smooth communication.
• Operate effectively in an unstructured environment and understand the firm's services breadth.
• Manage scope, cost, schedule, resources and project deliverables.
• Assist with strategy development, requirements definition, business process improvement, stakeholder involvement, change management, QA, risk management, user training, configuration, installation and testing.
• Lead, coordinate and monitor all project-related activities to deliver scope on time, with high quality and within budget.
• Identify and manage project risks to minimize impact on timeline and costs.
• Experience with QA processes for software implementations.
• Create project documentation (e.g., Functional Specifications) and follow reporting procedures.
• Identify customer needs and expand client relationships through high-quality solutions.
