Job summary

Appnovation Technologies Ltd. is seeking an experienced Project Manager in Kuala Lumpur to lead multiple complex client projects.

You will coordinate strategists, developers, architects, product managers, designers and client representatives to define direction, requirements and execution plans, while ensuring on-time delivery and budget adherence. Key responsibilities include creating detailed project plans, managing costs, risks and resources, and growing long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in a technical, client-facing environment.
• Ability to estimate costs and build detailed project plans with timelines.
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies, including Scrum leadership.
• Strong process orientation and adaptability to different approaches.
• Understanding client requirements and communicating them to business and tech teams.
• Proven leadership and accountability for project team success.
• Excellent planning, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal English and Cantonese communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple complex projects concurrently.
• Collaborate with strategists, developers, architects, PMs, designers, and client reps to define project direction.
• Create detailed schedules, scope statements and status reports for each stage.
• Estimate costs, develop resource plans and manage risks and issues.
• Maintain project budgets and track costs to stay within budget.
• Grow long-term client relationships and explore add-on opportunities.
• Provide leadership to project teams and delivery colleagues.
• Identify process improvements in delivery of projects.
• Participate in pre-sales and responses to RFPs and estimates.
