Job summary

JACOBS DOUWE EGBERTS in Malaysia seeks a Project & Change Management Leader on a 6‑ to 12‑month contract to drive the 50‑50‑100 program locally. You will own end‑to‑end delivery, timelines, milestones, and governance across global and local teams.

You will manage stakeholders, coordinate weekly and monthly governance, lead change management and training, and ensure data readiness and reporting. Fluency in English and strong communication are essential for success in a matrix, global context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• +5 years of experience in project management, procurement, or transformation roles.
• Experience in a global, matrix organization; English fluency is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end local implementation of the 50-50-100 program.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and milestones.
• Track progress against deliverables and deadlines.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks; drive mitigation actions.
• Coordinate governance routines with global and local stakeholders.
• Drive change management initiatives and training for go-live.
