About the Role

Accenture is seeking an experienced Strategic Program Lead to drive the planning, execution, and delivery of complex strategic initiatives within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role will play a critical part in aligning program outcomes with business objectives, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement, and delivering measurable value across multiple projects and teams.

The ideal candidate combines strong program leadership capabilities with expertise in configuration and release management, change management, and stakeholder engagement. This position offers the opportunity to influence strategic decisions, lead cross-functional teams, and contribute to large-scale business transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development, planning, and execution of strategic programs and projects aligned with organizational goals and business priorities.
• Drive end-to-end program governance, ensuring delivery milestones, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies are effectively managed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate activities, streamline delivery processes, and ensure successful program outcomes.
• Oversee configuration and release management activities to support stable, controlled, and efficient deployment of business and technology changes.
• Manage product and organizational changes, ensuring stakeholder readiness, adoption, and successful implementation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at multiple levels, facilitating alignment, communication, and decision-making.
• Monitor program performance, identify issues and risks proactively, and implement corrective actions to maintain project quality and delivery commitments.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance operational processes, delivery methodologies, and governance practices.
• Mentor and guide team members, supporting capability development, knowledge sharing, and professional growth.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience leading large-scale strategic programs and complex project portfolios in a corporate environment.
• Advanced expertise in Configuration & Release Management.
• Strong understanding of project governance, risk management, program planning, and execution methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and influence decision-making across diverse teams.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving collaboration in matrix organizations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced experience in Product Change Management.
• Strong knowledge of Release Management practices and frameworks.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, Agile, SAFe, ITIL, or equivalent.
• Experience supporting business transformation, digital initiatives, or enterprise change programs.
• Familiarity with financial services, banking, or regulated industry environments.
