Responsibilities

• Create work orders from customer PO and data entry of sales orders into the system
• Update Material Control file to Material Planner for Materials requirement
• Update daily output achieved by every production department
• Prepare and update weekly production schedule
• Prepare the shipping plan to ensure on-time delivery to customers
• Monitor production progress and manage finished goods inventory
• System maintenance for SRF & MRF
• Meeting arrangements with Operations
