Job summary

Flex is seeking a Planner Scheduler to support Prai, Penang operations. The role focuses on planning, scheduling, and releasing production orders based on material and capacity availability. You will coordinate with production, procurement, and order desks to ensure on-time delivery and optimal inventory levels.

You will prepare long-term plans and forecasts, monitor plan execution, and generate KPI reports. A bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of related experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and a minimum of 5 years of related experience.
• Demonstrates basic people and/or process management skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule production releases based on material and capacity availability.
• Input planning data into the company’s integrated computer system and notify purchasing group.
• Monitor plan execution and take action for deviations.
• Prepare long-term plans and forecasts (MPS, Forecast).
• Prepare and analyze stock levels and reports for KPI tracking.
