Job summary

Flex is seeking a Planner Scheduler in Prai, Penang to support production planning and materials availability for multiple programs. The role involves preparing and inputting planning data, monitoring execution, and coordinating with SCM and Order Desk to meet ship dates.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and at least 5 years of related experience, along with basic people and process management skills.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years related experience.
• Demonstrates basic people and/or process management skills.

Responsibilities

• Check order fulfillment feasibility based on available resources and confirm orders.
• Prepare production plans and input planning data into the company system; notify purchasing.
• Monitor plan implementation and initiate actions for deviations.
• Prepare long-term plans and forecasts (MPS, Forecast).
• Coordinate with Master Scheduler to manage product life cycle and materials availability.
