Job summary

FLEXTRONICS TECHNOLOGY (PENANG) SDN BHD in Prai, Penang, is seeking a Planner Scheduler to join our manufacturing team. You will help materials and production functions by planning, scheduling, and coordinating production releases based on material and capacity availability.

Typical duties include checking order feasibility, inputting data into our ERP system, monitoring plan execution, preparing long-term plans and forecasts (MPS, Forecast), and generating KPI reports to support timely

Qualifications

Typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent and a minimum of 5 years of related experience.
Demonstrates basic people and/or process management skills.

Responsibilities

Check feasibility of order fulfilment based on available resources and confirm the order.
Prepare production plans and input planning data into the integrated system; notify purchasing.
Monitor plan execution and take corrective actions for deviations.
Prepare long-term plans and forecasts (MPS, Forecast).
Monitor system accuracy for routing, BOM, data and non-consumed demand.
Prepare Clean to build reports, check material availability and replan if necessary.
Monitor stock levels and handle stock differences.
Provide KPI-focused reports and support S&OP processes.
