Job summary

Flex is seeking a Production Planning Manager in Prai, Penang to coordinate material flow and scheduling aligned with the master plan. You will develop forecasts, adjust plans for demand changes, and prepare AOP reports while ensuring on-time material availability.

The role requires extensive experience in production planning, strong leadership, and collaboration with operations, purchasing, and customer interfaces to meet production goals and improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum 8 years progressive responsibility in production control/planning, including supervision.
• Demonstrates basic people and/or process management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage production forecast based on master plan and timelines.
• Adjust plans to changes in demand and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Produce revenue investigation and annual operating plan (AOP) reports.
