Job summary

Private Advertiser in Malaysia is seeking a Production Planner to develop daily, weekly, and monthly schedules, coordinating with procurement to ensure raw materials are on hand and aligning capacity with demand.

You will monitor inventory, generate performance reports, and work with quality and maintenance teams to drive efficiency. A 2–5 year background in production planning and strong Excel/ERP skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in production planning or manufacturing operations.
• Strong knowledge of MRP/ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
• Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of raw materials.
• Monitor inventory levels and adjust production plans accordingly.
• Analyze demand forecasts and align capacity planning.
• Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts or production bottlenecks.
• Generate production reports and performance metrics.
