Job summary

Keysight is seeking a Program Manager - Product Management to lead strategic, cross-functional programs within the EISG COE Product Management organization. You will partner with Sales, Engineering, R&D, Marketing, and Supply Chain to translate business strategies into measurable programs and outcomes.

The role focuses on sales and promotional programs, NPIs optimization, portfolio management, and capability development for Product Managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in product/ program management or related.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional programs in technology, engineering, or manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle, NPI, commercialization, and portfolio management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Strategic program leadership across cross-functional teams.
• Design and manage strategic, cross-functional programs aligned with business and PM strategies.
• Develop structured promotional frameworks, campaign mechanisms, product positioning, and sales activation plans.
• Coordinate with Product Managers, Sales, Marketing, and order fulfilment to execute programs.
• Establish program governance, operating mechanisms, review cadence, and performance tracking.
• Identify program risks, dependencies, resource constraints, and opportunities; drive resolution.
• Provide senior management with visibility on program progress, impact, risks, and recommendations.
• Lead training initiatives for Sales and Channel teams; develop curricula and enablement materials.
• Improve Product Management operations, NPIs, and portfolio processes across the organization.
• Drive data-driven PM practices through BI, analytics, and dashboards; promote automation.
