Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of relevant experience in product management, program management, or related field.
• Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional strategic programs in technology environments.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Program Leadership: design, lead and manage cross-functional programs including sales and promotional initiatives.
• Training Lead: develop and deliver training strategies and curricula for Sales and Channel teams; measure effectiveness.
• Product Management Operational Excellence: standardize processes, frameworks, tools, dashboards, and operating models.
• Product Manager Technical Capability Development: create learning paths, mentoring, and certification programs.
• Product Strategy & Business Planning: support portfolio reviews, identify opportunities, and track strategic initiatives.
