• Develop design briefs ensuring alignment with branding and objectives.
• Oversee creation of conceptual design sketches with project goals in mind.
• Validate design concepts with consultants to ensure requirements are met.
• Review submission drawings for compliance and timely approvals.
• Coordinate schematic design outputs with the development team.
• Monitor S&P drawings for alignment with original design intent.
• Review marketing renderings to maintain brand image integrity.
• Develop detailed designs and prepare tender drawings with consultants.
• Assess design proposals for alignment with company brand identity.
• Enhance a comprehensive design playbook for industry trends.
• Undertake any tasks assigned by Management.
