Job summary

TL Culture Management (MY) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Procurement Executive to handle daily purchasing for raw materials, packaging, and kitchen supplies. You will source suppliers, obtain quotations, negotiate terms, and process POs, ensuring timely delivery and accurate records.

You will monitor stock levels, coordinate with Production, Warehouse, and Finance, and drive cost savings while maintaining halal and food-safety standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Purchasing, SCM, Business Admin, or related field.
• 2–3 years purchasing/procurement experience.
• Experience in F&B, central kitchen, food manufacturing or related industry is a plus.
• Strong sourcing, negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Able to work independently and handle multiple purchasing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily purchasing activities for raw materials, packaging materials, kitchen supplies, equipment, and other requirements.
• Source and evaluate suppliers, obtain quotations, and negotiate pricing/terms.
• Prepare and process Purchase Orders and maintain accurate purchasing records.
• Follow up with suppliers on orders, deliveries, and lead times.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with Production and Warehouse to prevent shortages.
• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Operations, Finance on purchasing requirements.
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve pricing, quality, quantity, or delivery issues.
• Ensure compliance with company requirements, food safety standards, and HALAL requirements.
• Guide Junior Purchasing staff and ensure proper follow-up on assigned tasks.
