Qualifications

• Experience in procurement, purchasing, sourcing, or similar role is an advantage.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the procurement process to ensure timely and cost-effective purchase of goods and services.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain best pricing, quality, payment terms, and delivery conditions.
• Request, collect, and compare quotations from suppliers.
• Prepare and process Purchase Orders (PO) accurately and in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with internal departments to understand purchasing requirements and delivery schedules.
• Monitor and follow up on purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Maintain good relationships and effective communication with suppliers and vendors.
• Maintain and update supplier information, purchasing records, and procurement documentation accurately.
• Monitor market trends, pricing, and supplier performance to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures.
