• 2+ years in purchasing, procurement or production planning in manufacturing
• Knowledge of purchasing processes, production planning, inventory management and MRP
• Strong analytical, planning, negotiation and problem-solving
• Good communication and interpersonal skills across departments and with suppliers
• Detail-oriented, organized, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain production plans based on customer orders, forecasts, production capacity and inventory levels
• Plan and procure raw materials, packaging materials and other supplies to ensure uninterrupted production
• Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) and follow up with suppliers for on-time delivery
• Monitor inventory levels and material requirements to prevent stock shortages or excesses
• Track supplier performance and resolve issues related to quality, delivery, pricing and supply
• Review production progress and adjust schedules to changes in demand or priorities
• Maintain accurate purchasing, inventory and production planning records
• Prepare reports on procurement, production planning, inventory and supplier performance; suggest process improvements
