Job summary

The role emphasizes strategic category development, end-to-end sourcing, and proactive contract lifecycle management, ensuring governance, spend optimization, and alignment with CAPEX/OPEX goals across programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying (QS) required.
• BQSM, RISM, CIArb charters or equivalents preferred.
• Minimum 5 years experience in QS consultancy/construction contract management.

Responsibilities

• Assist in pre-contract and post-contract administration and tender management.
• Prepare tender evaluation reports and board approval papers.
• Commit to governance standards and procurement policies.
• Develop and implement strategic category plans for CAPEX and tech professional services.
