Job summary

Malaysia Airports seeks a Senior Executive - Procurement & Contract (Category Management - Airport Equipment, Non-Airfield) to support the Manager in end-to-end procurement administration, tender management, and contract documentation.

You will develop category strategies, execute sourcing activities, draft evaluation reports, and oversee the contract lifecycle and risk management to ensure governance and compliance across projects and operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in pre-contract and post-contract administration
• Familiarity with tender management processes (RfP, Rfx, tenders)
• Understanding of contract governance and procurement policies

Responsibilities

• Develop and update multi-year category strategies for airport equipment procurement.
• Act as strategic procurement advisor to Budget/Project Owners and align plans with OPEX/CAPEX horizons.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing activities, including drafting specifications, conducting supplier outreach, negotiations, and contract formation.
