Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in QS Consultancy/Construction Contract Management
• Experience with Tender Documentation processes
• IT and digital sourcing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop multi-year category strategies based on spend analysis and supply market assessments.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing activities including tender documentation and LOA issuance.
• Oversee contract lifecycle management, renegotiations, and price escalation clauses.
• Engage Budget/Project Owners early to shape demand and align procurement plans.
• Bundle similar requirements into multi-year contracts to optimize value.
• Monitor supplier performance and market risks, ensuring governance compliance.
