Job summary

Malaysia Airports is seeking a Senior Executive in Procurement & Contract (Category Management - IT & Digital) to support the Manager in end-to-end procurement activities, pre- and post-contract administration, and tender processes. You will ensure alignment with organizational objectives, service levels, and governance policies.

The role focuses on strategic category development, supplier negotiations, and lifecycle risk management, providing guidance to Budget/Project Owners and shaping demand

Qualifications

• Experience in strategic procurement, category management, and tender processes.
• Ability to analyze spend, develop category strategies, and align with budgets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update multi-year category strategies based on spend analysis and market assessments.
• Lead vendor outreach, negotiations and contract structuring to maximize value.
• Oversee tender/document preparation and approvals, including LOA issuance and governance compliance.
