Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or supply chain fields.
• 3–5 years in procurement, purchasing, sourcing or category management.
• Experience managing multiple suppliers and SKUs in fast-paced retail/purchasing.
• Strong supplier sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, and relationship management.
• Good understanding of pricing, terms, lead times, and supply continuity.
• Excellent negotiation and analytical skills; proactive and commercially minded.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines independently.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement for assigned categories including sourcing and PO execution.
• Source and evaluate suppliers based on pricing, lead time and service performance.
• Develop and maintain supplier relationships to secure favorable terms.
• Conduct market surveys, price comparisons, benchmarking for opportunities.
• Analyze sales, inventory, pricing, and supplier performance to guide decisions.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery arrangements.
• Monitor POs and deliveries, address delays and discrepancies.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
• Take ownership of categories and drive continuous business improvements.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Inventory, Operations, and Finance.
