Job summary

Qualifications

Degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain with exposure to Data Analytics or Finance.
Advanced Excel proficiency and strong negotiation and commercial thinking with sourcing experience.
Effective communicator with fluency in English and the native language.

Responsibilities

Develop pricing structures aligned with category strategy.
Monitor pricing performance, price realization and leakage.
Support price adjustments due to cost changes and market competitiveness.
Analyze cost structures and margins at SKU and category level; run what-if simulations.
Lead RFQ/RFP processes and cost benchmarking in strategic sourcing.
Identify substitution opportunities and cost-down initiatives.
Maintain pricing and costing accuracy in SAP and ensure policy compliance.
