Job summary
SFP Tech Holdings Berhad in Malaysia seeks a Production Planning & Control Senior Manager to lead production planning, scheduling, inventory control, and capacity planning, balancing demand with capacity and material flow to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.
You will drive continuous improvement across the supply chain, coordinate with Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, Sales and Logistics teams, manage capacity to optimize manpower and machine utilization, and coach the PPC team to raise
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field with strong understanding of supply chain concepts.
- Experience leading production planning, scheduling, and inventory control.
- Proven ability to manage teams and drive continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems is essential.
Responsibilities
- Plan and schedule production to meet customer demand.
- Ensure materials are available to support production.
- Monitor inventory levels and reduce excess stock.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, Sales and Logistics teams.
- Manage capacity planning to optimize manpower and machine utilization.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Monitor and report key operational KPIs.
- Develop and coach the PPC team.
