Job summary

Ambition is seeking a hands-on Senior Executive, Production Planning & Control (PPC) to lead production scheduling, material planning, and inventory optimization across our manufacturing operations. This role suits an experienced planner who thrives in a dynamic environment and seeks continuous improvement.

You will coordinate with Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Sales, manage capacity and MPS, analyze data using ERP/MRP and Excel, and contribute to SOPs and process improvement

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of dedicated Production Planning / PPC experience.
• Strong experience in production scheduling, capacity planning, and inventory control.
• Hands-on experience with ERP/MRP systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer delivery requirements.
• Monitor and optimize the Master Production Schedule (MPS).
• Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Sales teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage capacity planning and production loading across multiple manufacturing processes.
• Monitor inventory levels and material availability to prevent shortages and minimize excess stock.
• Investigate and resolve scheduling disruptions, capacity constraints, and material issues.
• Analyze planning data and generate reports using ERP/MRP systems and Excel.
• Support process improvement initiatives and contribute to operational excellence projects.
• Develop and maintain PPC procedures and SOPs.
