Tasks & Responsibilities

Drive Business Growth

• Achieve sales, revenue, and profitability targets for assigned key accounts


• Develop and execute annual Customer Business Plans aligned with organizational goals


• Identify growth opportunities and increase customer share of wallet across product portfolios


• Monitor account performance and implement strategies to accelerate growth

Strategic Account Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders


• Lead account planning and customer engagement activities to enhance long-term partnerships


• Assess customer needs and deliver value-driven solutions


• Conduct market, customer, and competitive analysis to identify emerging opportunities

Collaboration & Leadership

• Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, and Regional teams to execute growth initiatives


• Provide guidance and support to local strategic account teams and share best practices across markets


• Act as the primary point of contact between key customers and internal stakeholders

Performance & Reporting

• Track sales performance, account potential, and market share metrics


• Provide regular business reviews and performance insights to local, regional, and global stakeholders


• Leverage CRM tools to maintain accurate customer information and support data-driven decision-making

Compliance & Governance

• Ensure all customer interactions comply with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards


• Promote responsible business practices and adherence to corporate procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (preferably in Veterinary Medicine or animal science)
