Job summary

JLL in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a seasoned Portfolio Manager to lead multi‑project real estate and facilities initiatives, aligning work with client goals and business strategy. You’ll coordinate cross‑functional teams, optimize resources, and steer performance across a complex portfolio.

You will drive budgeting, risk assessment, and performance reporting, building strong stakeholder relationships, conducting site visits, and ensuring quality, safety and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CM/Engineering/Business.
• 5+ years in project management within real estate, construction or facilities management.
• Proven track record managing multiple concurrent projects.
• Understanding of project and portfolio management methodologies, tools and best practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient with PM software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee multiple projects aligned with portfolio objectives.
• Lead portfolio planning including scope, schedule, budget and risk.
• Facilitate kickoff meetings and coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and teams.
• Monitor portfolio performance and identify interdependencies and issues.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and vendors on requirements and quality.
• Manage portfolio budgets, track expenses, and provide financial reporting.
• Conduct site visits and ensure safety, quality and specifications.
• Prepare and deliver portfolio status reports and documentation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement across the portfolio.
