Job summary

TNG Digital Sdn Bhd is seeking an Associate Manager for Business Planning & Enablement in Kuala Lumpur to support strategic planning, market analysis, and initiative execution within the payroll vertical.

The role focuses on translating priorities into actionable plans, tracking milestones, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive growth and adoption of payroll solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in business planning, business analysis, strategy, commercial operations, project coordination or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of business plans, growth strategies and priorities for the payroll business.
• Conduct business analysis and market research to identify opportunities and inform decisions.
• Monitor performance against goals and recommend actions to drive growth.
• Prepare business proposals and management updates that communicate insights clearly.
• Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to align requirements and progress initiatives.
• Support business readiness for new solutions and initiatives, including process alignment and implementation coordination.
