Job summary

TNG Digital Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Analyst in Support & Planning to coordinate campaigns, manage inquiries, and generate performance insights. The role requires collaboration with product, marketing and operations teams to ensure timely delivery.

You will handle backend data, prepare reports, and maintain data accuracy across platforms while developing SOPs and communicating clearly with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, marketing, finance, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in administration, campaign management, and operational support.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in reporting and client management.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Campaign management: support execution, setup, monitoring and performance tracking.
• Customer & merchant support: manage inquiries, feedback and issues with timely resolutions.
• Performance analysis: track metrics, generate insights and propose improvements.
• Product knowledge: maintain in-depth knowledge to support stakeholders.
• Business & reporting: prepare presentations, reports and decks for reviews.
• Cross-functional collaboration: work with product, marketing and operations teams.
• Backend operation: manage backend data and ensure data accuracy across platforms.
