Job summary

iNova Pharmaceuticals Malaysia is seeking a Sales Executive to join our Pharmacy team on a full-time basis. Report to the National Sales Manager – Pharmacy, the role builds relationships with key accounts and manages a group of Independent Pharmacies across territories, developing business opportunities and executing growth strategies.

You will develop account plans, budgets and forecasts, negotiate yearly trading terms, enhance brand visibility and monitor performance to maximise ROI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or MBA preferred.
• 3+ years' experience in accounts management or related roles.
• Familiarity with pharmacy sector and retail laws is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with key accounts and manage Independent Pharmacy territories.
• Develop and implement account plans, budgets and forecasts.
• Negotiate trading terms and drive brand visibility across channels.
• Monitor performance and adjust strategies to maximise ROI.
