Job summary

iNova in Malaysia is seeking a Sales Executive for the Ethical team on a full-time basis. The role reports to the Sales Manager – Ethical and focuses on accelerating territory sales growth, expanding market share, and increasing brand presence among healthcare professionals, clinics, hospitals, and key accounts.

The position requires a university degree with at least three years of pharmaceutical sales or related experience, a strong commercial mindset, and proven relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of proven sales, account management, customer relationship management, or relevant pharmaceutical commercial experience.
• Experience in the Ethical sector with ability to translate product knowledge into customer conversations and sales outcomes.
• Strong commercial acumen, numerical ability, and understanding of sales drivers, revenue growth, profitability, and ROI.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and exceed sales targets, grow market share, and strengthen presence across healthcare professional and account segments.
• Build a strong sales pipeline by identifying and converting new business opportunities with target healthcare professionals, clinics, hospitals, and key accounts.
• Drive customer acquisition, retention, and account expansion through territory planning, persuasive selling, and follow-up.
• Develop strategic account plans to maximize revenue, optimize call coverage, and improve product uptake.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute campaigns, support product launches, and convert brand strategies into territory results.
