• Ability to engage credibly with business owners and discuss profitability, customer acquisition, operations, workforce challenges, productivity, and business growth.
• Experience operating within fragmented markets with multiple independent accounts.
• Strong consultative selling and stakeholder management skills.

• Analyze business performance, identify revenue opportunities, and develop tailored growth plans to improve commercial outcomes.
• Lead negotiations, partnership reviews, and business development initiatives to expand market share and penetration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver sustainable growth across the channel.
• Engage credibly with business owners on topics such as profitability, customer retention, service excellence, workforce management, local marketing initiatives, and business expansion plans.
