Job summary

Hemmersbach Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a procurement and partner management specialist to support RFQ events, pricing analysis, and vendor coordination.

You will handle partner management tickets, ensure SLA compliance, and prepare Statements of Work for internal approvals, while researching and engaging potential partners to expand the vendor network across APAC. The role requires strong attention to pricing details and contract documentation, with familiarity in Power BI and Zoho.

• Procurement and vendor/partner management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage RFQ events, including pricing negotiation, consolidation, analysis, and communication.
• Handle Partner Management tickets and ensure SLA resolution.
• Prepare and manage Statements of Work (SOW) for internal review and approval.
• Research and engage potential partners/suppliers to expand the vendor network.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Partner Manager, APAC.
