Job summary

Prudential Services Asia seeks a Manager to oversee Partnership Distribution governance and compliance in Kuala Lumpur. The role covers monitoring regulatory guidance, drafting policies, and implementing controls to ensure compliance with evolving requirements.

The incumbent will advise management on governance and new PD initiatives. The position requires a recognized degree in business, finance, or law, with at least five years in insurance or financial services, and strong communication

Qualifications

A recognized Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law or related fields.
Min 5 years in insurance or financial services; Internal Audit experience is an advantage.
Strong written and oral communication skills with all levels of management, staff and agency force.

Responsibilities

Oversee governance processes and controls for Partnership Distribution.
Monitor regulatory compliance and establish/maintain compliance policies and procedures.
Draft compliance policies and procedures to meet regulatory requirements and operational standards.
Advise Partnership Distribution Management on governance processes and new initiatives.
