Strong drafting, analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Review and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements and intra-group arrangements.
Review and advise on legal documents, policies, terms and conditions, privacy notices.
Manage litigation, disputes, investigations and coordinate external counsel.
Conduct legal research and brief stakeholders on developments.
Provide practical legal advice to business units on contractual matters.
Undertake additional legal duties as assigned.
