Job summary

Jabil Circuit Sdn Bhd is seeking an Ops Project Manager II to lead medium to high complexity projects from concept to launch. You will develop SOWs, business proposals, requirements, and milestone plans, guiding multi-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of Jabil’s strategies.

You will coordinate with stakeholders, manage KPIs, and balance scope, time, cost, and quality while focusing on customer satisfaction and continuous improvement across sites.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to form and lead strong multi-functional teams to achieve company and customer objectives.
• Organize verbal and written ideas clearly and use an appropriate business style.
• Ability to effectively present information to management and/or customer personnel.
• Ability to respond in a timely fashion to common inquiries or complaints.

Responsibilities

• Define concise goals and objectives within a project framework.
• Ensure all project requirements and/or objectives are correctly gathered, understood and properly translated for execution.
• Define and recognize project KPIs and manage work within scope, quality, time and cost constraints.
• Conduct project risk reviews and appropriate mitigation.
• Facilitate communication with stakeholders and management; escalate issues as needed.
• Collaborates in determining forecast project budget and staffing needs for current and future site needs.
• Accountable for overall project success including cost, schedule, quality, and scope management.
• Ability to form and lead strong multi-functional teams to achieve objectives.
• Understand and exceed customer needs and expectations.
• Identify corrective actions to reduce cost.
• Utilize controls to track changes and cost impact for senior management review.
• Provide feedback to project team and leaders on concerns with cost.
• Drive the wider team to improve key operational metrics and goals.
• Develops and owns project plan with milestones and deliverables.
• Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.
