Job summary

Jabil Circuit is seeking an Operations PMO Manager in Penang, Malaysia, to lead the Project Management team. You will oversee NCI, NPI, and product transfers, align cross-functional partners, and ensure projects meet time, budget, and quality targets.

The role requires a strong leader with extensive engineering and PMO background, plus collaboration with customers and internal teams to drive project excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of Engineering experience in related field.
• Minimum 3 years of project management experience.
• PMP certification is highly desirable.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment (Engineering, Test, Quality, Planning, or Materials).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing PMO team for NCI, NPI, and product transfers.
• Define roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations for team and partners.
• Provide training and guidance on project management processes and metrics.
• Act as primary interface between internal teams and customers to resolve issues.
• Manage project milestones, reviews, and communication with stakeholders.
• Deploy standardized project management processes to optimize team effectiveness.
• Identify risks and develop resolution strategies through escalation.
• Coordinate with regional PMO teams on tools and reporting.
• Forecast budgets and HR requirements for current and future needs.
