• Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum 12 years experience in materials management.
• Experience working with Global Procurement and Manufacturing sites to leverage supply chain.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the team to deploy material planning models to ensure proper material planning and optimal inventory positions for customer programs.
• Direct a Demand Plan and hold cross‑functional meetings to review the supply and demand draft plans.
• Interact with executives and major clients which may influence negotiations and decisions.
• Implement HR strategies to recruit and retain a qualified workforce.
