Qualifications

• Degree holder with minimum 3 years of experience in a material planning or supply chain role, preferably in the manufacturing industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with data and make data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing effective material planning strategies to ensure timely and cost-efficient supply of raw materials and components
• Analysing sales forecasts, production schedules, and inventory data to determine optimal stock levels and ordering requirements
• Collaborating with purchasing, production, and logistics teams to streamline material flow and minimise disruptions
• Monitoring and reporting on key inventory and supply chain metrics to identify improvement opportunities
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to material planning and inventory management
