WWF-Malaysia is seeking a Director of Marketing and Communication to provide strategic leadership across branding, communications and public engagement. You will shape integrated strategies to strengthen the organisation’s visibility, ensure consistent messaging and support fundraising, advocacy and programme priorities.

You will lead campaign strategy, media relations and digital content, drive brand governance and oversee a high-performing team while advising the leadership on opportunities,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Business, Media Studies or a related field.
• Master’s Degree in a relevant discipline is an added advantage.
• 10–15 years of relevant marketing, branding and communications experience.

Responsabilités

• Develop and refine the organisation's overall marketing and communications strategy.
• Lead brand governance and ensure consistent messaging across channels.
• Set strategy for integrated campaigns across digital, print, events and media.
• Manage media relations, public engagement and stakeholder communications.
• Oversee digital channels and content strategy.
• Lead and develop the Marketing and Communications team and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with policies and manage reputational risk.
