Job summary

Worley Malaysia is seeking a Senior Marketing Coordinator to oversee end-to-end marketing campaigns within the Malaysia/Indonesia team. You will coordinate timelines, assets, approvals and reporting to ensure projects stay on track and aligned with brand requirements.

You will collaborate with the Head of Brand Communications and internal stakeholders to keep campaigns on time, accurate, and impactful across multiple channels.

Qualifications

• Secondary school education or equivalent and 7+ years relevant experience.
• Strong coordination skills with the ability to manage competing priorities across channels and time zones.
• Clear, professional communication skills with the confidence to share updates and influence stakeholders.
• Excellent PowerPoint skills, supported by strong Excel and spreadsheet capability.
• Experience in marketing, communications, campaign support, or a related coordination role.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn advertising and digital marketing channels.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate campaign timelines, milestones and deliverables across 12-month planning cycles.
• Maintain campaign planning documentation, including flighting schedules and budget trackers.
• Manage development of creative assets by liaising with creative teams and stakeholders.
• Manage campaign approvals and launch readiness, ensuring assets are reviewed and ready for go-live.
• Review and proofread creative outputs for quality, brand alignment and platform specs.
• Prepare campaign review materials, stakeholder updates and clear presentations.
