Job summary

Aurelius Hospital Negeri Sembilan is seeking a Manager – Marketing and Corporate Communication to lead strategic marketing and communications initiatives. Based in Bandar Baru Nilai, you will shape brand perception, engage patients, and enhance organisational visibility within healthcare.

You will oversee campaigns across channels, media relations, digital marketing, and stakeholder communications while partnering with clinical and operational teams to align offerings with market needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; postgraduate qualifications are advantageous.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in marketing and corporate communications, preferably healthcare.
• Proven track record of developing and executing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Strong understanding of healthcare marketing and patient engagement strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; fluent in English and Malay.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated marketing and communication strategies to support business objectives and brand positioning.
• Manage corporate communications, internal and external messaging, media relations, and stakeholder engagement.
• Oversee creation and distribution of marketing materials (digital content, brochures, website content).
• Coordinate and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to increase patient awareness and service uptake.
• Lead social media and digital marketing initiatives to engage target audiences.
• Conduct market research and analyze competitors to inform strategy.
• Prepare marketing reports and campaign analyses for senior management.
• Collaborate with clinical/operational teams to communicate services effectively.
• Manage marketing budget and allocate resources cost-effectively.
• Oversee events, sponsorships, and community engagement.
