Job summary

iNova Pharmaceuticals is seeking a skilled Demand Planning professional to own the market forecast and coordinate a consensus demand plan. You will integrate statistical forecasts with commercial, customer, and market inputs to improve accuracy and support supply decisions.

Responsibilities include maintaining rolling forecasts by market and SKU, leading the market demand review with stakeholders, and embedding market intelligence into launches and lifecycle plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of demand planning or supply chain planning experience; pharma/consumer healthcare advantageous.
• Knowledge of statistical forecasting, trend, seasonality and product segmentation.

Responsibilities

• Own the market demand forecast and coordinate a consensus demand plan.
• Integrate statistical forecasts with commercial, customer, innovation and market inputs.
• Maintain rolling forecast by market, customer/channel and SKU, starting from the statistical forecast.
