Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Demand Planning professional to develop the 0–24 month IBP forecast by brand and SKU. You will coordinate input from sales, marketing and other partners and review the short‑term demand plan with SKU/location mix and weekly pacing.

You will provide the finalized SKU‑level demand plan to supply planners and adjust it based on feedback from supply planners or commercial teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-moving consumer goods or consumer packaged goods environment, preferably food or other fast-moving category.
• Experience within an IBP/S&OP environment.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and prioritize plans.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; team oriented.

Responsibilities

• Develop the 0–24 month IBP forecast by brand and SKU level.
• Coordinate and influence input from sales, marketing and partners.
• Review disaggregated short-term demand plan, including SKU/location mix and weekly pacing.
• Provide the finalized demand plan by SKU to supply planners and adjust per feedback.
• Perform root-cause analysis for plan improvement on service, forecast error and bias.
