Job summary

Honda is seeking an Executive, Management Accounting (Outsource) to perform month-end closing, variance analysis, and cost management. You will monitor costs against standards, maintain costing records, and assist in the preparation of financial and management reports.

The role includes inventory reconciliation, audit support, and ensuring SAP controls and governance compliance. Candidates should have 1–3 years in management/cost accounting and relevant accounting qualifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent.
• ACCA/CPA qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform month-end closing activities and variance analysis.
• Monitor actual costs vs. standard costs and investigate variances.
• Update and maintain costing records, pricing databases, and quotation templates.
• Compile accurate cost data for analysis and assist in financial & management reporting.
• Assist in stocktake activities and inventory reconciliation (half yearly).
• Respond to audit requests regarding valuation and costing of inventory.
• Maintain SAP system controls to support costing, reporting, and governance.
• Ensure documentation supports audits and governance standards.
