Responsibilities

• To ensure parts and materials are available and delivered to Production Line at the right time with the right parts and the right quantity.
• To manage inventory planning and control to ensure maximum usage of storage space.
• To ensure uninterrupted production due to downtime and quality as approved in the AMP.
• To ensure execution / escalation of non-conformance parts and response / action to support customer.
• To adhere the process conformity based on IATF16949, VDA 6.3 & CKD Quality concept.
• To plan and execute documentation and physical preparation for internal / external audit to achieve target set by the company.
• To develop and implement strategies for operations cost and efficiency.
• To prepare budget and review performance against budget to keep operation within control.
• Implementing and implement process improvement opportunities and cost saving initiatives.
• To plan and organize manpower job scope, training and development.
