Job summary

Aihome, operating as ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE HOME SDN. BHD., is seeking a Procurement & Inventory Executive in Kuala Lumpur to own supplier relationships, pricing, and stock health. You will drive cost savings, manage consignment stock, and ensure accurate billing with an eye for aging stock and warranty claims.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to negotiate supplier pricing and verify billing accuracy.
• Strong analytical skills; comfortable with data in ERP and Excel.
• Experience managing stock health, aging stock, and warranty claims.

Responsibilities

• Supplier Command: manage all supplier orders and verify pricing.
• Margin & Price Management: adjust retail prices based on supplier costs.
• Inventory & Consignment Master: track stock and manage consignment agreements.
• Aging Stock Clearance: identify slow-moving stock and drive aggressive clearance.
• Warranty & RMA Enforcement: own warranty claims and coordinate replacements.
