Job summary

You will own commercial activities, execute sales plans, and identify opportunities for Industrial Fluids while coordinating with stakeholders to deliver results. The role requires at least 1 year of sales experience, strong communication in English and local language, and the ability to adapt across cultures.

Qualifications

• Qualification level: Level 6 = Bachelor’s or equivalent level.
• Technical skills: Minimum 1 year of experience in sales; experience in lubricant is appreciated.

Responsibilities

• Fully accountable for commercial and business development activities at the designated area.
• Execute sales plans to meet performance expectations and requirements.
• Identify new market opportunities for Industrial Fluids and liaise with stakeholders to drive growth.
• Manage sales activities across the area and execute the road to market.
• Develop a robust portfolio of customers and partners.
• Establish contact and build relationships with prospects and clients, offering support and guidance.
