Job summary

TF AMD Microelectronics (Penang) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an HR Business Partner to join the site leadership team in Penang. You will consult with senior management on HR issues and help design and implement programs to attract, develop and retain talent.

You will lead policy development at the business unit level, address root causes of HR problems, and support organizational development, culture, and process improvements. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years in HRBP/Generalist roles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical mindset with strong verbal and written skills
• Knowledge of Employment Act and Labor Law; audit experience

Responsibilities

• Serve as the HR Business Partner on the site leadership team
• Consult with senior management on all HR-related issues
• Manage short- and long-term HR programs and policies to attract, develop and retain talent
• Implementation of policies related to human resource, organizational and employee development at the business unit or division level
• Consultancy with employees and managers to address root causes of human resources issues
• Providing assistance for senior management in the development of solutions through organizational development and cultural and process-oriented perspectives
• In-charge for HR related audit
• Other duties assigned by supervisor
