Job summary

Capital A Berhad is seeking a Senior Manager HRBP to partner with leadership across its portfolio of subsidiaries, translating business priorities into people strategies and implementing consistent HR frameworks across the employee lifecycle.

The role will balance Group-wide consistency with the needs of individual business units, championing a high-performance, people-centric culture across Capital A's ecosystem.

Qualifications

Minimum 12-15 years of progressive experience in Human Resources.
At least 5 years in an HR Business Partnering capacity.
Experience supporting multiple business units within a Group environment is highly preferred.
Proven implementation of HR frameworks, policies and programmes from central COE.
Experience managing complex employee relations and organisational change initiatives.

Responsibilities

Act as a trusted HR advisor to leadership teams and translate priorities into people strategies.
Support group-wide HR frameworks and ensure practical, fit-for-purpose design.
Partner with COE to implement lifecycle processes: onboarding, performance, development, succession, offboarding.
Drive workforce planning, talent reviews, and leadership capability across units.
